Shipping policy
At Marleigh Textile Company, we know you’re excited to start your next project, so we work hard to get your order packed and shipped quickly and carefully.
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If an item in your order is on backorder or temporarily unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update on your order status.
Shipping Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your fabric all the way to your doorstep.
Delays & Backorders
While we do our best to ship quickly, occasional delays may happen due to carrier issues, holidays, weather, or backordered items.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
