Popcorn Wovens Layer Cake by Elizabeth Hartman | Moda Precut 10 Inch Squares

Popcorn Wovens are Elizabeth Hartman’s yarn-dyed ginghams and checks for Moda, in the same sunny palette as the Popcorn prints: mint, green, olive, yellow, mustard, orange, peach, and coral. The check is woven in, not printed, so you get real texture.

This Popcorn Wovens Layer Cake is 42 precut 10" squares of 100% premium cotton, covering all 12 wovens. Every check shows up at least three times, and six of them show up four times.

The squares are already cut, so you can go straight to piecing. A 10" square gives you more room than a charm square, which helps with bigger blocks and quick quilt tops. It also pairs well with the Popcorn prints layer cake if you want a mix of prints and wovens.
